At first I thought it was Sang Hyeon(uke) playing around with both sibling but when the story about the sister came about and he outright told her about what was going on between him and her brother leejoon but she goes and ignore it for her own satisfaction... can you really blame him for doing all those to her? That her own undoing.. She was her own enemy. It's messed up but I'm glad Leejoon and Sang Hyeon still found their way back to each other.
