i love thissss! the story is great and the characters are great. i like the couple dynamics. what is there not to like about makino and tsubaki? omg!! (⁠ ⁠ꈍ⁠ᴗ⁠ꈍ⁠) i wish there was also a story for hase and souta (⁠ ⁠╹⁠▽⁠╹⁠ ⁠)

i thought it was gonna be a story about a concierge and a callboy(prostitute) but surprisingly, callboy here meant a job position in a hotel similar to a bellboy, idk how if it's a modern term or what so i was just a bit confused. but anyway, i like the story! (⁠^⁠.⁠_⁠.⁠^⁠)⁠ﾉSUMMARY: Shiina's an omega, but his heat symptoms are miraculously mild which enables him to hide his identity and work in Hotel Aureole. His goal is to become a concierge and bring a smile to guest's faces with his work. One day, Toujou, an exceptionally skilled chief concierge, appears in Aureole.
