I don’t know why people are saying that there are no sex scenes. There are sexy scenes here, it’s just not the main focus unlike other Yaoi, and some scenes are skipped over especially at the start. So if you’re coming here solely for the sex, then yeah you will be disappointed but if you like angsty dramas (with misunderstandings galore) and a side of spice then this is for you.

So I found this manwha under the “Regret” list because I love me some regret, and I’d say this manwha definitely delivers on that. You get a kind of cute school life relationship that gets nuked by the seme’s arrogance/jealousy/immaturity which he later totally regrets. One thing about these also that is always hard to get right is the amount of repentance that’s acceptable for us as the audience to think, “Ok he got what he deserved.” Arguably I think that he did do a good job repenting the uke, and I loved how the uke was still the one being chased until the end and that he didn’t hold on to any feelings for the seme when he moved on. I thought the push/pull was well done.
The plot with Heejoo and Hwang Moo Chan (I think that’s his name, the 2nd male lead) was confusing though and felt like it added extra where it wasn’t needed. I found my brain just skipping over those parts though I was a bit torn with Moo-Chan (hope I’m getting his name right). He was in love with the uke too and was wrong for expressing that poorly by bullying, but the fact that he was blamed for the ML’s misunderstanding, I don’t think was warranted. Sure he hinted to the ML the wrong things, but it was the ML’s choice not to listen to the uke AT ALL or do any research at all and just assumed. I just felt like the punishment he got wasn’t worth his crime.
One thing that also took me OUT was Lee Kang’s many many jobs haha he was studying to be a doctor, was a doctor intern, was the directory of a company, and a intern teacher at the kindergarten?? AND has time to plot this revenge scheme while making dinner for their family EVERY night?? Does this guy have a time turner LOL I thought that aspect was less believable than the mpreg tbh haha
All in all I thought the art was good, the plot definitely gives you that regret catharsis even if it can be a bit bumpy at times, and YES there is spice but only just a pinch. It’s not a stand-out but I’d still recommend as a light angsty read
