[ READING STATUS ] Last read: Ch.48 Started: 23.6.2025 | Dropped: 24.6.2025 [ SUMMARY ] MC has a reoccurring nightmare, showing the world overtaken by a zombie apocalypse. He was designated as the world’s savior — given a quest to wipe out the zombies — and underwent 99 ‘resets’ of the dream, slowly improving and surviving longer each run, but was never successful. One day, his dream becomes a reality, and with it a new ability: inheriting the skills of others. [ TAGS ] Awakeners | System | Zombie | Apocalypse [ THOUGHTS ] ★ Rating: 3.3/10 Dropped due to loss of interest. The story started off strong and interesting (the idea of inheriting skills from experts), but became somewhat of a slog. Personally felt the MC was living on easy mode, with how little challenge he faced with how he received his various skills. The art is average, though it may look wonky at times, alongside with some repeat usage (that’s not much of an issue, but it’s somewhat noticeable for me).
