A Guy Like You
The artwork for this manuhua is beautiful. I instantly fell in love with it because of the artwork. At first the story was a bit tedious for me to get through because of the amount of times the characters fight and misunderstand each other, but once you look past that it progresses well. The one thing I didn't like and found absolutely annoying with the ignorance of the main character! LIKE GET YOUR SHIT TOGETHER MAN! But the supernatural element and dream walking was a nice touch and it was very well executed. I love the chemistry between the main characters. Honestly I freaking love this manhua and now I'm obsessed with it.
At the End of the Road
The artwork is absolutely fantastic. I love the original style and beauty of the backgrounds. I instantly fell in love with the story right away. It was really interesting and the whole bodyswap was something I wasn't expecting. The one thing i really enjoy about this theme of body swapping is the way the issues and problems of body swapping brings for the character. It is realistic in that it is relatable and brings issues of "identity" and having to live through someone else's shoes (quite literally). It really hits home for anyone who is facing difficulties with identity crisis and discovering who they are as a person. The way that the author handles the dark themes of bullying is realistic and even psychological. I especially love the way that new characters are being introduced and I love the chemistry between the 2 main characters. I absolutely love Woojin and how mysterious he is and I really love how dark/manipulative and cunning he is, especially towards Siwoon/Taemin. The way Woojin show's his love towards Taemin is very possessive and you can tell he was struck hard with Taemin's death. Overall the story is getting really good and the comedic bantering between the main characters is fantastic. A GREAT READ! ;)
Super Lovers
I really love the creative artstyle. I love the beautiful relationship between all the brothers. If you want a family centered/growing up yaoi manga, this is if a good read. The characters are adorable, relatable, funny and really heart warming. You can find yourself relating to at least one character and finding yourself hooked. Honestly the relationship between the two brothers is cute and funny. The theme of family is really prominent in this manga, which I absolutely adore. Honestly I feel a lot of conflicting emotions for poor Ren, seeing as how emotionally scared and damaged he is. Honestly the author is executing the issues of family and "love" beautifully, and honestly I feel so bad for Ren, because of the constant reminder of him loosing his "family". If you're looking for something good to start off with then this is a fantastic, heart warming, family centered, comedic, lovable series.
Shingeki no Kyojin dj - Himitsu no Chikashitsu
Haikyuu!! - Kokoro Control (Doujinshi)
This is one of the haikyuu dj that I've read at least 20 times. The artwork is by my author and the artwork is so cute and almost like the anime/manga. The storyline is freaking ADORABLE and relatable to those who are struggling with loving someone and not knowing what to do with all the emotions and issues that come along with loving others. I love the portrayal of Tobio and Hinata, it is pretty canon and accurate to how they would behave if they were in a relationship. The storyline was fantastic in showing Tobio's frustrations and overbearing emotions/love for Hinata. IT WAS FUNNY, ADORABLE, AND ANGSTY ALL AT ONCE. Overall a great read.
Glow!
This is an amazing shounen ai manga. The artwork is by my favourite author and the story line is progressing at a good pace. The comedy is GOLDEN, I literally pissed myself over the damn dog >.< The aspect of family and loss is really touching and I absolutely adore the main character. I love the slow development and the budding relationship (no pun intended... since you know, it's about flowers and gardening... nevermind XD) Overall this is freaking great so far and you'll enjoy it. The romance is steady and slow paced but worth it.
Ashita wa Docchi Da!
THIS IS ONE OF MY FAVOURITE SERIES! I'm loving it so far. It's freaking hilarious and the main character is such a tsundere XD I love the concept of a pretty boy trying to be all tough and gangster. If you want to start off in the yaoi community, this is a great manga to start with. The main character's are oblivious and hilarious. ESPECIALLY THE CHICKEN! :D Honestly this is great read and the delinquent theme is cute too.
Raising a Bat
It started out great, but is it just me or did the plot kinda fall flat on it's face? Don't get me wrong, this is cute and I really liked how it started but then it just kinda got boring? I felt like the whole plot was kinda cliche and was kinda simple. Like it wasn't all that original. I liked Kim Sam much better than Park min Gyeom. I just found him kinda weak and I felt bad for him. Overall it was good for a time passing kinda manga. If you like vampires then this a good read, but the plot kinda falls on it's face later so be warned!
