hisu no1 UKE DEFENDER's manga / #reencounter(14)

6.7/10 - first volume started well, the story was actually interesting, the uke was so likeable, their relationship progress was going well, pacing was nice too, and execution was also good. Not until the rape part. I’ve read countless of mangas where rape is included but this manga showed what an actual rape is. It’s violent and triggering. What makes it so bad was that violence was also included, the seme threatening the uke of hitting him once again if he doesn’t stop resisting. I had to stop reading but still picked it up because i was curious to how the story will progress because like i sad, the plot is actually good. Continuing it only pissed me off more, seme is so unlikable and also the fact that uke forgave so easily and even blamed himself for what happened. I hate how everyone was ignoring the fact that THAT happened between them. Not only that, seme is so selfish on volume 2. Uke deserves so much better, second male lead should’ve been the end game.
