Wut. Okay so the DJ guy... is 20 but hea still in high school because he studied abroad??? That makes no sense. Also did they really leave off with them separating???? Why? Was meh. 4 or 5/10

Yeah I expected to drop this

Pickpocket (seme) gets caught by a no nonsense retired cop (uke) and is forced to do some manual labor. To retaliate, he breaks into the uke's house but pa icks and leaves when he finds out the man's a retired cop. Then he finds out the uke's got PTSD after finding his partner dead in his house and that's why he quit. The distressed expressions in this are so good; I know that's a weird thing to say, but they do angst so well in this. There's genuine character development for both characters despite this being so short. The drama of the reveal is 10/10 angst without been dark or twisted or depressing. I just wish there was more to explore the semes relationship with his friends and rhe ukes relationship with HIS friends and his trauma. As a minor note, the seme's hair is on point Story wise, I'd give this a 7 but the art is so frickin clean and fluid it gets bumped up to an 8 so 8/10

Guy happens to see a very skeletal looking salaryman on the shinkansen one day and cant stop observing him. By chance they start talking and bond over horse racing. It's a slow story. Everything is revealed through Tohru's internal thoughts and his conversations with his friends and with Makoto. These two create a safe space together. The story has a strong atmosphere and sense of direction. Makoto crying because he's so overwhelmed that Tohru would cry for his sake is incredibly touching. There's so much about this that I love; I just cant express it well. I was rooting for Makoto to quit his job but I'm actually happier that it seems his power harassing boss has actually improved. Rather than running away, i love the aubtle message that these situations CAN improve and that we should aim to improve them. It gives me a bit of hope. (But also I'm all for starving out companies that dont treat their employees right bc we cant all afford to play the long game.) 9/10. This is a masterfully crafted story.

Dropped at ch 1. They could have just made the kid like a flirty college student in his mid 20s. Kid works at a flower shop, cmon its work so muc better if he was an adult. If you cant tell, I'm sick of massive age gap, adult x minor stuff. =_= -/10, cant rate

Well would ya look at that. Character growth and healthy communication my two favorite tropes lol. But seriously, I love that the seme starts out kinda bratty but genuinely makes an effort to change and express his feelings in a healthy way. Same with the uke, who's always been the perfect boyfriend but wont be taken care of himself. But now he's learned to let himself be spoiled just a bit. Is adorable. (*˘︶˘*).｡.:*♡ so shoutout to that dark haired senpai at the seme's work. She was a boss. 8/10

Ch 1-2: Buddhist priest x his friend from high school. Lots of casual kinship, which I'd a plus for me. Rare to see a bald character, let's gooo Ch 3-4: kid at a video rental store has a voice kink for his coworkers voice. After a lil drama, they start going out. Kid is constantly red as a tomato. Cute! I like this mangaka quite a bit 7/10. Needs more from both couples tbh.

Yknow. I'll never understand these "I love you, goodbye" ghosting plots... Writer picks up a naked guy of the beach who claims to have amnesia. But does he really? And who is this mysterious kid? *Dun dun dun* 5/10 i guess

Ch 1: guy reunites with his old art teacher years later Ch 2: guy runs away to Germany to escape a bad breakup and winds up living with a beautiful half japanese man in his cafe. Ch 3: a mysterious man asks a mage to heal his brothers foot. Once healed, the brother asks to become the mages apprentice. 7/10
