First couple was pretty cute if a bit awkward. I'm glad the uke (?) realized he was being kinda cruel to the seme. That was cute I was a little more invested in the second couple but like. Damn. Just talk to each other??? Over all, 6/10?

Cute and short lil meet cute with a scary looking delinquent and a transfer student who hides his real expressions. I wish this was longer the relationship felt just a bit rushed cuz it was so short but it was very natural 6/10

Completed at ch 50. I was starting to get tired of the uke and seme blaming themselves for each others problems. That's not a bad conflict it just happened like... every 5 chapters. They have an issue angst about it, resolve it kinda, and then immediately go through the same angst again. For 50 chapters. The relationship was realistically codependent but pretty cute. They couldnt stop fucking for ONE chapter tho. It was either drama and angst or fucking. Often both. I think they fucked more than they talked. Also not into pregnant sex and fully thought the uke would abort the baby ¯_(ツ)_/¯ 6/10 name on MAL is Surge Towards You

Country boy's bias from his favorite idol group moves in next door suddenly. It's clear the idol is burnt out and our MC wants to help. After a bit of a rocky start, they start becoming friends. Update ch 15. THAT'S THE END?? Okay. Okay ima rant for a sec cuz that's wilddddd Personally, I really like the friendship as a friendship and wouldn't have minded that it stayed that way IF the story wasn't relying heavily on classic BL tropes especially in those last few chapters. Escpailly the takeout girlfriend. The ending only felt abrupt to me because they were setting up a confession that never came. If the author never intended this to be a romance... I guess you could still argue it is, but because every romance story has a confession, not having one or at least an equivalent act becomes disqualifying... Anyway. After centuries of romance coding everything, we've all been trained or hardwired to read romance into everything. It's why characters that dont remotely interest or genuinely despise each other get shipped. People are just like this. Authors have to actively counterbalance tropes that are romantically coded to temper their readers expectations, not lean into them. At least half of us shouldn't be expecting a BL when it's a story about friendship. I prefer platonic relationships and think it's a shame that intimate male platonic relationships are so rare in stories of all mediums. I would've love this story if it was clearly about that. But it wasn't. This was just bait Ummmmm so that leaves me conflicted for the score. On the one hand I really enjoyed this cute, slice of life, friendship and healing story. But on the other hand, this wasnt just delusional yaoi fans thinking it was BL, in story elements were telling you it was BL. So like...mmmmmmm 6/10. Would've been a 7 or 8 but the ending realllly pissed me off

Policeman tryna get his motorcycle license. Younger kid is in the same class and absolutely killing it while police guy keeps failing. Turns out police guy helped the kid years ago and made him want a better life. Was too short to do much with its premise, but I liked it 6/10

Cute, dont have many thoughts. Just simple, cute, pretty okay. Still had the annoying second love interest who only exists to cause a minor conflict but these two were very healthy and communicated about it's so we're okay 6/10

Completed at ch 98 (with an asterisk). Hm. Hm? Hmmmmm???? That kinda annoyed me??? I dunno why I didnt like this. It's got half if the tropes I like... it's got angst and drama but green flag semes and cute insecure ukes but like. The seme kinda.... pisser me off. Even when they broke up and he SAID he was feeling miserable, he doesn't show it. The uke is crying, his eyes are red rimmed and empty. He's trying his best to hold it together and fulfill his duty. And the seme just rocks up, tells--no pleading, no apology, no desperation AT ALL--tells the uke they should give it another go. I'm definitely missing huge bits of this since I started in ch 30 and also skipped like chapters 70-90. I cant complain took much But I just felt frustrated by the seme. Also the arranged marriage plot was just kinda... resolved... idk. Ummm 6/10??

Incubus (technically succubus) college student collapses in front of cafe owner guy with a big dick. Succubus boy is starving and sucks him off and then they go steady and fall in love. Okay just reread this and I think its fine? The relationship is cute. 70% of the story is just smut. I'm not big into the childlike innocence of the uke (character and design) but the story treats him respectfully and the seme takes things slow. Uh 6 or 7/10

Was kinda melancholy
