WARNING: In chapter 6, p.30 should actually take place between p. 14 and 15! (got me quite confused for a moment ^^')
EDIT: Same in chapter 7, p. 45 comes between p. 30 and 31 (if it goes on I think I'm going to be too lazy to report it all though...)
