I dont usually find these kind of slow stories interesting, mainly because the romance is way too dragged or it ends up being boring. Cheese in the trap has this weird style that is simple but not either. Like, you wouldn't even expect a love story from how it looks. I mean, its like a "slice of life" genre so it focuses a lot on each character life, personality, and I really like that. Everything has an effect on Jung's and Seol relationship, how they view eachother. And even the smallest details you wouldn't mind too much end up being part of a flashback. I liked Jung from the start because you rarely see a male lead in the romance genre that isn't that "great". He's greedy, manipulates people and is always studying them to see how can he use them for his own advantage. The way he smiles too much makes you wonder wtf is even going through his head. I never thought he and someone like Seol would go this far. She's so different from him and he wants to have control over everything yet doesn't communicate enough with her because "she will run away". He did use some parts of her personality to get closer to her but I honestly like how twisted he can be sometimes. He's very interesting, I even liked reading more about him than her. No one's perfect on this story and I really like that. Anyways, I read this long time ago but it wasnt completed, if anyone is wondering if they should read it TOTALLY GO FOR IT. Its long, slow but very interesting. You will love it for sure :)
