DNF at ch4. Beautiful art wasted on yet another shitty, cliched plot with rape and abuse of power by the story’s LI. Disgusting.
To You In My Hand
Felt like it ended too soon, and wasted the potential from the plot twist of Michael being the leader of the city’s underworld. Also the translation read like it was MTL so the entire thing was confusing to try and understand.
My Blissful Marriage
DNF at ch23. I understand that the MC’s portrayal is realistic, but I find it exhausting and frustrating to see her constantly take one step forward and two steps back while going back to and making excuses for her shitty, abusive family.
Kouguu no Omega
Hmm, this is hard for me to rate. The art is pretty and the plot is interesting, but both of the MCs are so emotionally closed off and reticent (even with each other) that it felt kind of uncomfortable reading about their relationship. Also even though everything worked out, the entire story had a vibe that felt kind of melancholic to me.
Wadatsumi no Yometori
This story just had a very melancholy feeling about it, even though it didn’t end in tragedy or anything.
