This was something else to say the least. It was boring, typical and quite stupid if u ask me. Not forgetting confusing af. I just gave up towards the end. He was trash, she was trash, the mum was trash. Atp, everybody but the twins and her sisters were trash. The art is pretty but my goodness the story line is something out of the incinerator.
Something I also didn’t like is how they condemned him for being upset with his mum that she wasn’t there for him as a child. Even though he is grown now and is capable of understanding more complex concepts and issues doesn’t mean he isn’t scarred from past trauma. I hate that they made it seem so small and insignificant and no one really apologized. Yeah he’s a grown man who still needs to get a freaking pair and let that ish go but the reason why he is the way he is is because of the f-ed up stuff his mum did to him when he was younger. So no stupids, don’t yell and him and treat him poorly because his mother couldn’t get it together and take care of her child.
And this is not to say that the mother wasn’t allowed to go through things as she is human but at the end of the day, she was the parent and he was the child. He didn’t ask to be born especially under such shitty (excuse my French) conditions therefore she has the responsibility to take care of said child. All that other stuff is bs.
The FL ticked me off so much too because home girl was pretty much a pushover and only felt sorry for herself. Yes it wasn’t fair how their relationship (if u can even call it that) ended but my goodness she is dependent af and lacked a proper backbone.
He was so freaking annoying too because even after they made amends the dickhead didn’t apologize to her for all the terrible things he said to her.
I’m tired of writing about this nonsense. Maybe if I’m touched to add more things, I will but as of right now, I’m getting irritated doing this.
This was honestly a waste of time and brain cells.
