Honestly, I didnt really like FL in the first few chapters before her reincarnation. Im usually very forgiving with dubiously moral characters and dumb choices, but she kinda feels like a villain. The only reason she feels less horrible is because everyone around her is even worse. The rest of the story is fine.

Ch20 Ill wait for better tl. I think story is fine, but theres some wierd parts. Firstly fl send her brother to school like a couple weeks after loosing their parents, which seems kinda messed up. Second she teaches him that everyone is an enemy and only she can be trusted, which is a horrible thing to tell a child. I mean sure warn him that people are trying to take advantage of you, but make sure he doesn’t view everyone like that. Finally they dont really explain the og plot of the book well, when the fl became the character and who she was before. It feels very half backed. Still just tiny issues it won’t ruin the story or anything.

I don’t like the changes they made/didnt make to the novel this was addapted from SPOILERS: It’s kinda gross she actually is Illiana. They alredy changed the plot of the novel by making Mag less insane and posessive, but it’s ok that Illiana legit is a kidnapping maniac?? Ok sure… I would have been fine if they wattered down the plot to make Mag less crazy and FL not be og Illiana or if they’d been fully faithful to the source, but pussy footing around by making Mag loose depth, but letting Illiana do whatever is not a good solution.
