I hate bad translations! Imagine working so hard on a wonderful comic to have an idiot translated your wonderful work so poorly. People who would have become your patrons or would have supported you now won’t because they can only read a new barely legible and horrible translation copy. This is why sights like this exists I guess, because readers get pulled in to a wonderful story and than all of a sudden are given a idiotic translator who takes over, and now the poor readers don’t want to pay and support an idiot, but they still want to finish the story, so they come to sights like this. If the original translation got dropped, and the story was good, another official translation group is likely to pick the story back up, but if the story was snatch by a egotistical good for nothing wanta -be translator, than the official groups are less likely to pick up the project. Leaving us with this problem.
In short DONT TRANSLATED IF YOU SUCK!!! Or at the very least what 2 years and if no one picks up the project, than ask author, let your readers know that it’s been a few years since the project was last translated, and that you gave it time for someone better, but since no one came to the rescue, you decided to do your best so the readers could have some closer. If you do that we will all understand and appreciate your hard work, however stealing a project and messing it up is down right wrong.
