I cried. I cried A LOT. The relationship between these two became so complex as they grew older but then they resolved it with time but oh my goodness what went on throughout was just so emotional to me just seeing them BOTH have insecurities and trying to work around it and making it work. Especially Ryou feeling that guilt and feeling indebted to Youhei. This one will be one of my favourites for a long time, the story, characters, plot and just that redemption factor was so complex yet so rewarding.
