I adore the art style. The premise of moving on from unrequited love was pretty simple, but still cute.

I skipped most of the scenes with the director guy because he was awful. Triangles ain't my thing, but the art is pretty, def husband material in manager-san, and solid fluff made it worth.

Guy hangs with his neighbor while his best friend (unrequited love) sleeps with a girl in his apartment. He and the neighbor fall in love. Would re-read for the art.
