‘Regret’…this was cute, wasn’t sure I was gonna like it because of the drama…but damn

I didn’t love the relationship with the manipulative blondie. I don’t know if his sister ever clarified he’s her brother. Probably. Still cute. Edit: I reread this not realizing I’d already read it, and I appreciated it differently. Manipulative blondie still made me super uncomfortable, especially messing around with a kid, but it tells a deeper story about the effects of trauma and that people do the best they can with what they know at the time.

Cute, historical, 4 chapters.

I didn’t love the descent into obsession. Everything before was aight and I liked the ending.
