First three (4?) chapters are the yakuza who almost kills his lover and ends up together later. I love those two. So good. Second is childhood kids, one who ends up impotent, and the one who caused the trauma (turns out to be abandonment issues) turning out to be the doctor. Third is university senpai/kouhai who meet again for work. Older is convinced he'll never have that "morning after" but after spending the night together, kouhai comes back with groceries for breakfast and they confess. :) Lovely series of stories, especially the first with the yakuza. Kinda tough but so good.

I love the one with the foreigner, so sweet. Didn't read the historical separate stories. Description is wrong. Foreigner starts on page 59.

he first couple are a sempai/kohai at work. Sempai-san was dumped harshly by his last love, so he doesn't believe in love anymore. Kohai-san confesses and they fall in love <3 Second couple went to high school together. One guy was a gloomy guy, but he loved the other so much that he changed his personality and tracked him down six months later. First guy is pushy but he convinces second to give him a chance, so they go out for "one month" to see if the second guy will fall in love. Of course they do. ;) Third couple, two old friends ran into each other after three years. First guy had an unrequited love for for the other, but he didn't want to ruin the friendship, so he never contacted second guy again. But now they run into each other again when the "first guy" is running away from a stalker and right into second guy's detective agency. Second guy finally confesses and they get together.

Starts with school friends, then moves on to one's older brothers. All centers around their hospital Miumi (sp?). Very well done. Hard to read in spots and I truly didn't know, for sure, who he'd end up with. I should clarify that the story with the older brothers, I am happy with who he ends up with. They both deserve that kind of happiness. Small side story with the friend of the first MC.

Not for the faint of heart. Some gore. Demons/werewolves and the humans they fall in love with.

Great series of stories. Enjoyed all three couples very much. Not too heavy on the angst, not too fluffy. :)

I have to admit up until that last chapter, I was really NOT liking Kei. O.M.G. But once I saw that the other guy was in on it, I LOVED it. (I wouldn't have liked him to not know what was happening.) Naru seriously needed to be knocked down a peg, so it was totally worth it. ... on the reread, I'm not as happy about it. I didn't like the manipulation rather than open communication. Kei set Naru up to be that dependent on him, then manipulated him into being desperate. I think, by that time, if Kei had said something Naru would have gone for it. I didn't like the game. So... yeah, problem. :/
