This manga is so hilariuos, I love the Yakusa/Delinquent School theme and the ramdom everyday conflicts. I think this is considered gag, the art, crazy transitions and abrubt endings of arcs definitely make me believe so, it's pretty well done tho. I never got bored and I love that the mangaka added a little romance at the end. Really good read, I couldn't stop reading and dying from laughter, will def reread!!
