It was narratively intriguing. Nonetheless, there is a significant disparity between how they are portrayed and the bad people who commit terrible deeds, need counselling. I won't entirely blame Yul either, his behaviour was developed this way due to the environment and parenting he has been exposed to, which I end up pitying for sometimes and Sian was the best person that comforted him during the difficult moments. It also is the most unrealistic 'realistic' narrative I've ever read, and the last several chapters made me extremely frustrated. I believe her now partner should have considered therapy as another potential choice for her too. For me to last say, the writing contains numerous flaws and terrible depictions.
