At first, I thought that it wasn't actually a black flag because the plot itself is common to me and I read that in others manhwa as well. People are just overeacting for saying that it is a black flag. Until....... He pretended that he doesn't knew about Yoii's switching into omega when in fact he was the person behind of this. He even made Yoii believed that the medicine he intake was for his heart. Additionally, putting CCTVs in all places where the uke went was really a red flag.
