Man, it sucks how much they compacted the story, because I love the light novel. It takes a slower approach and we truly see Rebecca warming up to the FL. With it packed in only a few chapters, i feel like it loses some of the charm, and flattens a mostly well written arc about childhood trauma and abandonment issues (._.) Edit: i hate that man. i want him to die. luca being an ian apologist is his only fault
