Park Hanhoo's Manager

Complete | KIM TAC | 2000 released

bro... i have no words..... I DONT WVEN KNOW WHERE TO START!!! LIKE NO OTHER WORDS COULD EXPRESS HOW MUCH I LOVED THIS SERIES AS I READ THROUGH IT, i wish it never ended and the fact that I havent seen this and read this before is ASTRONOMICAL TO ME. This whole story, the art---which is so simple yet it works---its just so GOOD... Not to mention the several mental breakdowns i had reading through the last drama of the series...but oh well. ITS A GOOD READ! Like, good isn't a suitable word for it, it should be something greater than AMAZING. I got hooked the moment I started it because the storytelling was too good. And, oh, the fucking CHILLS I felt when we found out Chansol's actual secret, it was just so sad. Its so devastating, because I really related to it. You know, a famous saying goes, which im obvious that everyone knows, is that the person who looks happy the most is often the ones suffering. In this case, we read a cliche story of a savior failing to save himself. And it hurts. I've always wondered why Chansol didn't want Hanhoo to love him, and it was because it was "miserable." Ever since that day in the orphanage, he lost everyone he had ever loved. So, if he were to kill himself while Hanhoo loved him, it would hurt. Because he knew very well how it feels to lose someone you love dearly. Oh my god i still get chills, fuckkkkkk

Waterside Night

Complete | Euja,으자 | 2019 released

"I'm okay, because you love me more than I love myself." FUCK YOUUUUUUUUUUUU OH,YGOD WEIRD WAY TO PROPOSE BUT OKAY. Man. idek bro but this whole thing was poetic as fuck (especially in the end THEY SAID THE TITLE THIS WAS TRULY OUR LOW TIDE IN TWILIGHT/WATERSIDE NIGHT ) Like I enjoyed every bit of it, despite the fucking noncon at the start i absolutely despised that. BUT EITHERWAY, when I thought 'wher eid this story is gonna go?' I initially had no expectations cos my first impression was the grape scenes n all which isnt my favorite... BUT I stayed and read the whole series, which is the best decision I've made hehe. I love their dynamic sm and the scene where Euihyun had to let his lil brother go to his father...oh my heart sank at that scene. I read that scene at like 12 in the midnight and I was sobbing on my pillow "NOOOOO WHYYYY MY POOR LIL BABY" BUT HEY! they were reunited again in the end so yay! Okay, so lets talk about their character development! Starting with Taeju cos damn bro is like the human embodiment of a redemption arc, we first see him as like a crazy thug (at least thats what I thought) who just wants to mess with our poor little Euihyun, and then throughout the series he gets attached, realized hes in love, but he confesses at the wrong time (after his rut.) And so our poor lil Euihyun is upset at that mf cos he basically got graped. BUT HEY IT ALL TURNED OUT OKAY IN THE END cos Taeju became so whipped.... NEXT TO EUIHYUN!!! Bro really wanted to kill himself when the series started erm.. i would too if I have that many money to owe... But damn, his whole story genuinely made me sad. Like I said, at the start of the series he wanted to kill himself with his little brother but as the story progresses, he gets worse cos of the things that Taeju did ykyk but in the end, he no longer wanted to kill himself, because Taeju loved him more than himself and that was enough to pull him out of the drowning waters that suffocated him. Well, theres two things I can say, and that is 'Im wrecked.' (also the angry confession scene(s?) were my most favourite in the whole series hehehehe)

Murderer Llewellyn's enchanting dinner invitation

Complete | Sum Na Gi,Muk Bu | 2000 released

that....was it..... man. I SHOULDVE READ THIS EARLIER DUDE. Like the whole story was so captivating, even from the start. I had a lot of questions that urged me to read more, thus finishing this in one sitting... BRO I CRIED A LOT. especially when Llewellyn's story was told and as well as Shavonne's story with his memories and all and gaw damn....i felt so fucking sad for llewellyn like WHYYYYYYY HES ENDURED SO MUCH MY PRECIOUS BABY BRO I CANT DO THIS TODAY THIS IS SO SAD One thing tho, the ending felt kinda abrupt like i was expecting more after those events before the last chapter but does that really matter now when we have a full gourmet meal 5-star storytelling right there???
