storyline: dan yi-rim is an omega whose pheromones have no scent. yeom cheong-ho is an alpha who becomes ill by simply smelling an omega’s scent. yi-rim is a pro figure skater and cheong-ho is a pro swimmer. they find each other by accident, but their wounds and the things they have to lose have them running in circles around each other for way too long. review: i think it was the first omegaverse that i’ve read that called the act of biting one’s neck “imprinting” instead of “mating” and i personally loved that. also, i felt so freaking sorry for cheong-ho, especially after yi-rim disappeared the first time… him crying beside yi-rim’s hospital bed completely broke me, my poor, sweet sweet boy…

storyline: jonathan goes to interview a serial murderer called kister in place of his reporter brother. kister seems to take an interest in him, and when a copycat seems to appear, he breaks out and holds jonathan hostage to enlist in helping him take down the copycat review: lazyyyyyyyyyy, overused tropes (twins, memory loss), and the brother's death was brushed off like it was nothing lmaooo what the hell

storyline: shavonne has an onion-obsessed murderer for a neighbour. llewellyn is way more than that though, and they go way back. review: i was so invested in this but i think it was mostly because i really wanted a happy ending for llewellyn. this was a tragedy fest tbh but the art was good and it had me hooked.

storyline: euihyun inherits his deadbeat dad’s debt. taeju is the collector. a story on power dynamics, humanity and the way love can bloom in the cruelest of places. review: honestly this was a fucking ride. in the beginning i couldn’t fathom how they could turn this pairing around to make me root for them, but this was a redemption arc done right (as much as one can “come back” from raping someone)… i felt so bad for euihyun the entire time jesus christ, my boy deserved to be happy!! but anyways, story wise it sucks you in and keeps you hooked, in the sense that you basically only get reminded it’s an omegaverse at times, like the whole story doesn’t revolve around that at all… and the sex scenes go CRAZY

storyline: yeon-oh is a rookie actor who has to provide for his family as his dad is a serial gambler and keeps getting them in trouble with loan sharks. jae-hyuk is a rich man who decides to sponsor him, but has his own agenda that involves yeon-ho’s cooperation. too bad yeon-ho’s heart doesn’t follow the “no strings attached” rule. review: great angst, 7/10 redemption arc from jae-hyuk (although it seemed to be spawned a bit from nowhere), but the ending was too abrupt and unsatisfying. such a long story should’ve had a more appropriate conclusion imo.

storyline: jeon yiseon is a restorer with a secret and a whole lot of trauma. sa hyeon leads the country’s top guild and wants the restorer on his team. however, what seems like a simple recruitment turns out to be a transaction: one secret for another. a deal is a deal, but what about their hearts? who wins that game? review: this is the most plot-heavy BL i’ve ever read and i LOVED it. who woulda thought i’d be a dungeons dynamics fan, huh? also the characters?? i love them all, the storyline is amazing, the plot twists, the relationships, the way trauma is handled in this story… i’m in absolute awe, this is the coolest thing i’ve read in a very long time

storyline: former delinquent meets guy at school who seems nice and friendly but is in a sort of abusive relationship with the top delinquent basically. former delinquent guy wants him to himself, telling himself he’s better for his new crush than his current keeper, but little does he know they’re all the fucking same. review: honestly this was such a tragedy fest… i feel for the abused guy, he was just being passed around and fought over like some object when in fact he deserved so much better… both redemption arcs (former delinquent and main abuser) were necessary but i truly think the guy should’ve tossed both their asses to the curb and loved himself, none of them deserved him.

storyline: han nokyoung is a young actor who is way too full of himself because of his good looks, and lives his life not caring for others or respecting anyone. he suffers an acid attack from a hater and becomes disfigured, leading him to kill himself. however, a miracle happens that allows him to go back to the last, giving him a shot at a life he can be proud of and live to its fullest. in this life, he builds a relationship with kang junil, the ceo of an entertainment company who makes nokyoung work for his heart. review: this was very cool, long ass story and many side plots but i really enjoyed it… also the art is amazing (i saved so many images for pinterest omg)

storyline: seo jeongyoon has been one-sidedly crushing on his classmate, kang chaeheon, for years. turns out, they’ve already kissed… but jeongyoon doesn’t remember it. review: storyline is 3 stars tbh but one more star for the awesome art. why did chaeheon have to be a controlling insecure possessive partner omfg

storyline: kim seyong has a feud with shin heejae, an opponent who took down his clan in an online game. seyoung then decides to scam him by impersonating a female character and getting heejae to fall for him, so he drops his guard and gets his heart broken, his reputation tarnished and his items stolen. turns out, shin heejae is way too invested in their online relationship review: i hate seyoung's tsundere atitude. "yeah i love him but i'll never let him know" bro can you stfu and work on your maturity??? GOD (great art but not enough to earn the 4 stars for me)
