storyline: set in the 80s, lee sungho is a pharmacy straight A student who lives under his father’s pressure to be the best in everything he does. he gets frequent headaches that seem to only go away when he gets involved with shim dukgwang, a poster artist for a movie theater that also acts as an undercover meeting spot for gay men, away from the their homophobic society’s eyes reaction: damn this had layers!!! it could’ve been a 5 star story for me (the time skip really added an extra depth to the angst here) but the side story was a bit too questionable for my morals, so 4 stars it is!

storyline: sanghyun is in love with leejoon, and they're in a secret relationship because leejoon's sister is a homoophobic piece of shit, so sanghyun decides to take advantage of leejoon's sister's interest in him and becomes leejoon's brother-in-law, making it impossible for hijm to avoid him review: what the hell oh my god but yea this was a mess that could've easily been solved if leejoon's sister wan't a bigoted bitch

storyline: kei is a host who unexpectedly gets hired to service a man in the same way he always services women. naruse, his client, is a gay man struggling with his sexuality, and wishes to feel a loving touch for the first time in his life. review: some parts of this were gut-wrenching but like in a good way… honestly pretty nice

storyline: tasuku, a closeted gay high school boy, is having a hard time at school because of his sexuality. once he's considering ending his life, he meets anonymous, a mysterious woman who owns a lounge up on the hill. at that lounge, tasuku meets different people, with different life stories, self-expressions, and sexualities, and finds his place among his people. review: this was so lovely... the character dynamics, every character's intentions and motivations... everything fit together perfectly into a beautiful story of self-choice, introspection, and self-love and acceptance.

storyline: shishimaru and leo, childhood best friends who love each other. shii’s scared though, because two boys shouldn’t be in love. review: cute but not super memorable, leo was adorable though
