storyline: sora gets lost in a park and ends up stumbling across kengou, who’s stargazing in a very particular and secluded spot. they sit together and sora ends up telling him his troubles while the shooting stars fall, and kengou kisses him when he starts crying. sora runs away but it turns out that kengou owns a very nice cafe which sora grows to love (and not only the cafe ehehehe) reaction: very cute, the fact that the astronaut had the exact same name as kengou threw me off but that’s basically all i have to say about this

storyline: “hachi” and “eighto” are two high school boys who get to know each other because both of their nicknames refer to the number 8. it’s a simple premise but they eventually start developing feelings for each other, while simultaneously deluding themselves into thinking it friendship and thinking they have no chance with the other. reaction: this was so wholesome they’re so CUTE

storyline: baby boy develops feelings for his best friend and gives up before he even tries anything, which causes the best friend to realize how much his life sucks without him in it (ngl i love this trope) reaction: mf really confessed to his best friend thinking he was asleep and brushed it off like it was a BL joke seriously i can’t stand him!!! also i think i just read everything by this author, and this might have been the most angsty story, i loved it so much wow

storyline: salary man yukata is doomed to always eating alone, until he meets tane, a hungry child in a park who eats his lunch. tane’s older brother, minoru, scolds him and vows to repay yukata for his kindness, and they start meeting up for meals, brightening yukata’s days and the brothers’ lives. reaction: this is the most adorable thing i’ve ever read omfg i love how their relationship progresses and baby tane is the cutest child in the world uwu

storyline: sakisaka ayumu and toujou seiji are kouhai and senpai at work, ayumu being a gay man with a crush on his superior and toujou being handsome but a little weird and over-affectionate... they dance around each other for so long that ayumu’s feelings keep getting mixed up and he’s afraid he’s getting his hopes up for nothing, but could it really be for nothing? reaction: wow i can’t believe a short story like this managed to have such slow burn vibes, poor ayumu!! buT THIS WAS SO CUTE OMG I LOVE THEIR RELATIONSHIP AND THEY GOT A DOG?????? I LOVE THEM

storyline: the most wonderful childhood friends to lovers because it involves GUILT!!! tomo feels responsible for an accident that resulted in shuuhei losing complete eyesight on one eye (even though shuuhei doesn’t blame him at all), which makes him feel even worse for being in love with his childhood friend!! but shuuhei and his family have always felt like home to him, so he bears with his feelings and hides them as best as he can, until he kisses shuuhei while he’s supposedly asleep, leading to shuuhei having an epiphany lol reaction: this was so cute omg also the scene where shuuhei’s mom thought he got his glasses broken in a fight with tomo and said he’d have to pay for new glasses himself and that she’d only reimburse him when he and tomo made up........ QUEEN LMAO

storyline: sequel to “sadistic beauty”, focusing on gyerin’s relationship with her play co-star, juyeon! she can’t stand her at first, but juyeon’s gorgeous looks win her over, until even juyeon’s quirky personality become cute.. is this what real love looks like? reaction: NOOOOO i can’t believe this ended omg i’m so invested!!!! god i cant get enough of this art, everything is so beautiful, and the relationship progress between juyeon and gyerin??? and sooah and gyerin’s sister?????? AMEN TO ALL OF THIS (also pls god let me have a side story of sooah and gyerin’s sister, they’re so CUTE)

storyline: maki and hana are the cutest couple in existence, who live together with their pet rabbit, pyon. that’s literally it. i love these boys so much. reaction: im legit crying……… this was so good, the birthday party for pyon, maki’s mom supporting him so much when he came out, hana’s grandpa and the proposal….. im- im completely speechless, this was so good, my heart is so full

storyline: lorentz is an artist who gets hired by a storeowner to paint two angels on the store front wall. while he paints them, he names them julius and marion, and he puts so much emotion behind it that the angels themselves fly out of the painting at night. julius meets lorentz by accident but they make it a regular occurrence so julius visits him every night at his studio to eat and watch him paint. they fall in love and julius has to decide if he risks it all fora chance at a life with lorentz, or if he remains in the painting forever. 10 years later, marion meets leo, a writer who teaches him to read and write, and their story unfolds beautifully as well. reaction: this is so CUTE!!! omg the fact that the four of them met up at the end was so nice, god i love this premise so much
