storyline: hakaze is a delinquent who makes student council president mizuki’s life very difficult with his antics. turns out hakaze only acts out to get mizuki’s attention, and proposes he starts a “rehabilitation program” where he behaves like a proper student… in exchange for mizuki letting hakaze do whatever he wants to him review: this was so cool ahahaha gotta love the originality of it!! also bonus points for the side pairing vice president tachibana x delinquent #2 takanashi, they were awesome
