I'm stuck between giving it 3 stars and 2 stars... positives first -the main relationship is very nice and supportive, it's obvious that ayumi is trying his best to make kotaro happy -the character development of ayumi is very impressive -the whole arc about kotaro's brothers was too good. I liked it a lot -KOTAROS BROTHERS ARE SO NICE -they adopted a kitten!!!! they take care of kitty!!!! -the domesticity of it is just too sweet... -Kotaro is a poor lil baby I want him to be happy negatives -WHAT THE FUCK IS WRONG WITH KYUJI -WHY THE FUCK DID THE AUTHOR TRY TO REDEEM HIM WITHOUT MENTIONING THE AMOUNT OF ABUSE KOTARO EXPERIENCED -WHATS WITH TRYING TO PORTRAY KYUJI AS A LOVE RIVAL???? HE DOESNT BRING ANYTHING TO THE TABLE AND IS EXPLICITLY ASSAULTING KOTARO???? -kotaro and ayumi are distant relatives -kotaro is literally 10 years younger than ayumi -kyuji is a pervert and it never comes to bite him -THE GAY FRIEND?? okay he was redeemed better than attempted rape san BUT WHAT -why is kotaro such an idiot. whats wrong with him. -ALSO IN THE FIRST VOLUME AYUMI ASSAULTED KOTARO TOO AND WE DIDNT SEE ANYTHING ABOUT THAT??? I have very conflicting feelings about this manga. it has high highs and low lows, in the end, I suppose it depends on how willing you are to oversee the faults. I enjoyed reading it but I also wanted to punch my screen a lotkotaro, please value yourself more
