A soul bond unites an unlikely pair who have to navigate a future together. Spinoff about the much more interesting couple from Pendulum. Normally enemies-to-lovers isn't my thing, but this features INSTANT SOUL BOND and FALLING IN LOVE WHILE BEING GROUCHY, which kinda is. There's a spinoff about their kids which is cute as heck.

A runaway demon is taken in by a brothel-owning half-angel with no place in the world. That makes it sound more touching than it is. There's not much in terms of emotional development, which unfortunately left me a bit bored and cold. The cat was super cute though, and so was the demon's guardian.

As always with this author, lightning pace. It's fine, not really much going on in the emotions department, but entertaining.

"Momozu is a frumpy, indoorsy ‘hare-otoko‘, and sunny weather seems to follow him around, while Toyotama is a cheerful, athletic ‘ame-otoko‘ who’s constantly dogged by stormy weather. A ghost and mortal with a happy ending!

Uh...I'll fully admit I read this only because Midori looks like Sebastian - and he's also a crow, so. But it's kinda graphic for me. :-/ Also the turtle god looks like the Undertaker. I just pretend it's a weird AU. 2024 reread: a crow God who dislikes humans saves the life of a child that was kind to him. And when that child’s family later dies, he decides to take care of the child for the rest of his life. but the crow’s power drains more quickly than he anticipates, and the human discovers his identity as a god. He also discovers that he is technically the crows wife, which changes their relationship inevitably. the author of the story became sick and could only release it in pieces, so it is unfinished, perhaps indefinitely. Exiled rebels was the last team translating it..

A vampire adopts a human child to save him from (I think) prostitution. It was hinted that the child would become a vampire, but in the final chapter he seems to be human still, living a normal life with friends. Some commenters worried the girl was being invited over as food, but I think she's just a friend and that the vampire considers the house joint property.

This is a collection of love stories, all with a natural theme: fungi, fish, and foxes/supernatural elements. The art is gorgeous and the stories themselves gentle.

This mangaka is always so creative! A human with a soul bond to a powerful demon is reincarnated into a 17yo high school student who cannot get close to other people, or they end up gravely injured. Also features the bonded demon's hilarious older snake brother and others!
