Toiki Yori Mo Yasashii
Two years after a one-night stand during a turbulent time in his life, Akino tracks down the man he'd slept with and takes a job at a cafe he frequents. But since their time together, Kazaoka has become a popular novelist and has come to distrust people's motives for approaching him. And worse, he doesn't seem to recognize Akino. A pleasant story to read before work since it all ends well, but the subplot with the friend who'd been in love with Akino was dropped to allow the main characters to get together, and Akino - while darling - has little personality apart from his love for Kazaoka. The friend was thrown in to cause drama, then pushed out of scene twice by Kazaoka, who is demanding and aggressive - especially when he's the one setting boundaries in the first place. Hopefully everything works out, but listen, Akino, based on my personal experiences, this doesn't exactly bode well. Do reconsider your friend who graciously stepped aside because he wishes for your happiness. Second-to-last chapter oneshot: The importance of communicating your affections to your partner. The final author's note is HILARIOUS. :-D
Aishuu
Friends from high school who had hooked up but never properly dated reunite two years after one stops speaking to the other because he'd fallen in love; after a separation, things work out. (The relationship is open at one point.) MC is weepy but sweet and gets jerked around too much, but he finally stands up for himself in the hospital scene, which is the crux of the story. His love interest is selfish and blind to the emotions of people around him as well as his own, but...I think they do genuinely love each other.
Monster Petite Panic
An ethereal young man with the power of leviathan attends an all-boys school where he reunites with the older, stoic version of a boy with the ability to control smoke, who had saved him as a child.
Attack on Titan dj - Others' Husbands
Years after Erwin leaves him, Levi finds them neighbors and they begin an affair.
Ano Koi no Tsuzuki
Six years after his best friend disappeared, Sei meets an older man in the hospital who wants to give him his inheritance. And the older man's grandson, who has refused his money, is a very changed version of Sei's friend from six years earlier. There is a dubcon scene (I think it's fair to say it's noncon) between the two main characters, although it works within the context of the story, since the goal was to frighten Sei into leaving him alone. He was trying to be cruel.
Replay (Junko)
An excellent oneshot about two men who reunite at a wedding and agree to start over on their relationship that ended when one went away to college.
Omamorishimasu, Dokomademo

Kasa No Shita, Futari
On a rainy afternoon, Mio is caught borrowing an umbrella hanging on a doorknob and befriends Yugi, an alluring but standoffish college student that Mio comes to love. But Yugi is hung up on love for his friend Tachibana, who has been his partner for four years, with the understanding that after college, he'll go home to marry his girlfriend. Mio begs for Yugi's attention but is rejected. Four years later, they're reunited through work. Mio wonders if this is his second chance but discovers that Yugi is still being strung along by Tachibana. Junko understands the human heart: how it can continue to love even in the wake of tremendous pain, how it cannot be told who to love - or when to stop.
