Oni Ni Hatsujou
To repay the teacher who changed his life, Nagi becomes the guardian for the late teacher's son, who falls for him hard. This had promise but didn't strike the right balance between comedy and drama. Lots of slapping and yelling, and after multiple rejections, Nagi sleeps with him at school (in his old stomping grounds). Great potential for exploring Nagi's feelings for his former teacher, but that's just an excuse to create the living-together situation. I'd love to see this premise in Asou Mitsuaki's hands.
Gelateria Supernova
Every week, Satoya meets up with an older man he knows only as 'Kio' whom he met through a dating app. They eat gelato and have sex, but Kio never stays the night and they know nothing about each other. Six months in, they begin to eat together and talk more, and the sex becomes more intense. Kio stays over - heralding a change in their relationship - but then he disappears, and Satoya has no way to contact him. He never even knew his name. Will Kio come back into his life? Of course, this is BL manga. There's a happy ending. This is sweet and I understand the sequel is available on Renta. I'm going to check it out. My only advice for the couple would be...just talk about things openly. Radio silence isn't helpful. September 2020 ETA: The sequel was added! Naoki is now 30+! The new chapters are another volume of domestic bliss.
Shishi ni Hire
An older teacher and the former student he inspired, who is now a host, passes for a thug, and loves the hell out of him.
Neko x Neko
After three years together, a plasterer and an architectural student decide to switch things up in their relationship. Also features an adorable female friend and her no-longer-shit boyfriend who brought her flowers!!!
Sensei, Mou Dame Desu
After he's transferred to the BL department, a hopeful editor scours doujinshi looking for the next rising star. He finds it in a guy who draws DJs for extra money and agrees to be his reference model. But the lines blur when they take pictures together, and then start sleeping together, and then start living together... Honestly, the main couple in this did nothing for me, even though this is the author behind my favorite confession scene. The side couple (the mangaka's otaku brother & his lover, from an older story by the same author) had a lot more emotional resonance. The manga suffers from the same plot issue as the manga-within-the-manga: the love story falls flat. The relationship was one-sided until the end, and while it does end with them together, I never felt they were in love.

Kazoku Gokko (KIKUYA Kikuko)
