A working man in his late 30s meets an unfriendly artist, just twenty, who runs a boarding house. This story did nothing for me the first time I read it, but I'm so glad I sat down with it again a year later. I must've rushed the first time and not paid attention to the emotional development. This is a beautiful story about letting go of the past's hold on you and moving forward with life. This is a true slow burn. I don't think they are together until the fifth volume, but they really care for each other by the time anything happens, which makes it really sweet when it does.

When his mom remarries, middle schooler Yuuto is delighted to finally have a cool older brother, but when he walks in on Ryuu in bed with another man, he begins to see him in a new light. Terrified that he'll tear the family apart, he never reveals the feelings he develops for Ryuu, playing the part of the spoiled younger brother until he's able to convince his parents to let him stay in the dorms. But four years later, he's still in love, and it becomes impossible to avoid Ryuu any longer when their parents leave the country for work and Yuuto has to live with Ryuu in his apartment. Spin-off about the adorable and supportive roommate from the story about the college kid who falls for the hot sensei who lives in the dorms (and goes out with him on a blind date once).

A series of stories. Lightning pace. The first story was my favorite, a young man and the priest who helped to raise him while his mother was sick.

The sweetest story was about a man who found a lost boy who turned out to be a ghost.

A de-aged Eruri AU in which Levi, a 32 year old man who runs a restaurant, helps to raise Erwin, the young neighbor's son, and when Erwin is 22 he --- oh, excuse me. *listens in headphones* Is that so? I see, I see. *clears throat* Apologies. Apparently this isn't a SnK doujinshi.

The love story of a student and a florist.

A man who has cared for the children of his one-sided love is shocked when the oldest confesses he's in love with him. I didn't feel there was any coercion on the part of the MC, although this is underage, and the MC did care for his lover when he was younger. He wasn't attracted to him as a child, only after he'd grown up, so this doesn't bother me. It wasn't his child and also this is pretend. The second story though, about the middle-school brother and the older guy... no thanks.
