i think it's impressive that Ryou has a lot of self-awareness (though he didn't confess and wasn't honest sooner). His love for Youhei ran deep and I mean DEEP, because despite his frustrations with not being able to go to the interim-high, he didn't blame Youhei. love these two broke asses
