Kill the Villainess

Complete | Haegi,Your april | 2021 released

I felt so bad for her throughout this whole thing... Honestly, I wouldn't have minded if the story wasn't romance and it ended with her going back home 'cus I feel like it would make it even more unique compared to other isekai manhwas. Nonetheless, I still like ML, he's very cute. But the most recent chapters threw me off a bit because she suddenly just kills the crown prince?? Like that?? I mean, don't get me wrong, he was definitely trash and he deserved it but it kind of felt like it came out of nowhere... Besides that everything was pretty interesting so far, although the male leads of the original novel are kind of turning cuckoo...

1/24 Romance

Ongoing | Kim myeongmi | 2019 released

I really like their dynamic, it's so cute!! This is definitely one of the better office romances I've read in awhile and it's really refreshing to see a ML who's super sweet but also forward at the same time. Although there was a few annoying misunderstandings (and I suspect that there will be more), for the most part, it isn't overly dramatic and I'm enjoying it so far :) Can't wait for more!

The Only Love I Know

Ongoing | Aim | 2019 released

completed! The first half was really cute and I really liked the angst. Then, as I continued reading it, I really felt the story dragging unnecessarily. A lot of the drama just started stacking up like Jenga and I felt like the manhwa could have even ended at chapter 60 or something... The misunderstandings were also very frustrating because all of it could have been solved if they just communicated!! Both leads also love to just assume things about each other, which lead them to do/say things that are just hurtful and lead to 5-10 (or more) unnecessarily long chapters of one lead avoiding the other one. I'm fine with this conflict if it's one major arc, but the author did this like 4 times over the whole manhwa. Like was that really necessary?? By the end, I just wanted all of it to be over because it was dragging. Overall, very cute and interesting at first, but my interest slowly fizzled out as the story seemed to progress just for the sake of it.

Two Steps Away

Ongoing | Lee eun jung,Kim byung-gwan | 2019 released

completed! It was really short and sweet! I liked it :). No unnecessary plots and most chapters delved straight into the meat of the plot. This one isn't really romance-based, it's more about coping with trauma and such, so if you're a big fan of the hurt/comfort trope, this one's for you!

My In-laws are Obsessed With Me

Ongoing | 한윤설,승우 | 2019 released

Peach Sorbet

Ongoing | Janggu | 2019 released

dropped :/ the ML is so fine but GODDAMN IS THE SECOND HAND EMBARRASSMENT REAL Update: I CANNOT Believe she got with that white haired guy. I'm so mad with this girl like be SO for real. You have a hot, sweet, and funny guy right in front of you and you decide to get with the most BLANDEST guy ever?? The ML deserves so much better than this. And really?? You just had to get with the ML's brother too? And then cry crocodile tears as you've ruined two brothers' relationship? The nerve of this girl istg. I hope she cries knowing what she lost and I hope the ML never looks back (even though I just know he's going to go back to her.. tch.). Sincerely, never going to pick this up again after she pulled this stunt. Bye.

What I Decided to Die For

Ongoing | YUJU | 2000 released

I cannot explain how FINE this ML is. But I seriously don't know what's going on.. It keeps switching from dream to reality (and what was up with them switching roles in chapter 58??) and I'm starting to get lost. Still, the plot and the FL and ML's relationship is so juicy

Secret Lady

Ongoing | Angatou,Banana | 2019 released

I'm hooked! Can't wait for more :) Edit: art is as magnificent as ever but the plot becomes boring after season 1… might drop :(

I've Become A Crow

Ongoing | Sylvester ,실베스타,Glee ,글리 | 2000 released

I Have Become the Heroes' Rival

Ongoing | Seol isu | 2019 released

dropped :/ Idk... the FL just seemed so plain, and she got everything she wanted relatively easily. Based on the dialogue she used to charm people, it felt more cringe and cliche than anything. She also just lived off Irene's wealth and personally, if her personality was at least more likeable, I would be fine w/ it. But she literally does nothing??? She makes these promises to protect Irene and Felix, but they end up just protecting her instead. I get it's supposed to make her endearing and caring, but honestly she doesn't really stick out to me. Also, whenever she tries to charm people, it comes off as just manipulating them into doing what she wants by using the knowledge of their stories as an advantage to win their hearts--it doesn't seem like she really cares for anyone except for maybe Irene and Felix. The worst part is that she's able to win someone over by saying some cheesy line like: "roses don't always bloom in the sunlight!
