Isshin suddenly falls into a coma into their 3rd year of highschool, he had only regained conciousness 3 years later and is reunited with his childhood bestfriend, Yamato, who is now a part-time teacher. Isshin discovers a list of things that they'd wanted to experience during the youth of their highschool years — but unfortunately, they were not able to accomplish them due to his coma. The two spend their free time together, experiencing the things they couldn't in their earlier days. Yamato and Isshin discover that they shared the same feelings they had for eachother, and eventually become a couple. Despite Yamato having a partner during his highschool years, it was quick to end, and regardless, It was Isshin who he would look for when he looked into the dark, star-filled sky.
