He wears a blindfold when they do it. So seme has this misunderstanding that uke has a fckbuddy because seme saw hickeys. He also thinks that the fckbuddy is uke's best friend, a dominant alpha who secretly has a crush on uke. There's also something called alpha dousing? Alpha enveloped the omega with his pheromones to deter anyone. They (seme and uke) don't know that seme is doing this because they cant really smell pheromones.
