I would like to believe that they elope to live happily together somewhere faraway. ★ Ch.2 Story - At the end, the female-god followed the uke to find the seme, then eventually possessed him that meant the seme was actually the reincarnated male-god then. (O_O;) How about the poor uke, did he take part in that happiness?

So the army just uses him as a bait to capture the prototype who's absolutely devoted & desperately searching for his master. The scientist gets tired of this mess & many people died so he tells Ryuuji how to control his 'Son'. Ryuuji set up as if the prototype's dead to end it then ran away together later. ═ "I'll be at your side, show you the world, give you what your master didn't. I'll rewrite your heart. No matter how many years it takes. So you can love me too." ═ How SWEET!~~
