Yuugure no Machi
I really love this story. It's all about the internal issues each of them have. There is no external conflict and that may be the reason why people feel like there is nothing happening, but the author portrayed the thoughts and internal conflicts of each character soooooo well. How they can't trust each other because they don't even trust themselves. The dramatic situations are really under the table, but there nonetheless. The author is really showing it but not making a huge overdramatic thing about it. I think it also is a bit nostalgic because it tries to send the feeling of getting older and older without accomplishing the "big dreams" (that is how most adults live right now including myself), together with this relationship that helps them grow that trust that they lost a while ago together with the days of youth. It's a cute and not easy topic and it was done in a really sweet way here. It's not perfect, but it's really good.
Life Ain’t so Bad
Hoshi to Harinezumi
I love everything about this manga. I really like that the characters are not perfect even though they are good people (They are not demonized because they mess up sometimes), and this we have a whole chapter about not pushing our partners boundaries just to satisfy our own desires.
