201 Chapters + 17 Specials (Complete) last read chapter 30 prince slash war commander cursed by demons after war uke x divine beast seme from comment this was quite a ride. took me a bit to complete due to the sheer number of episodes but its ok. my first thing about this story is that the smut scenes are SO GOOD. now they dont really go past vanilla but thats ok with me because rix is the hottest man ever- my only real problem with this story is the plot. it really just doesnt make sense. these characters for most of the story have no motive and i forgot the whole reason rix went to the forest anyway, they dont explain his curse well enough and theres no explanation when it just magically disappears. they also dont explain where the demon went who put the curse on him. how did he get the curse in the first place? i know the demon did it but why? theres scenes of rix on a battlefield and im assuming a war… is that why he got the curse? there are many unanswered questions and it just feels like the author forgot a few chapters where they explain all this. another thing id like to say it about nuah’s character. he lived for a while before rix came around right? nuah’s personality is really flat and he doesnt feel like a seperate entity from rix, as his entire world revolves around rix. i just wish they showed him doing stuff… also, what the hell do divine beasts do?? i mean i know they said “to carry out the will of god” and yeah sure but theyre never doing anything? everyone is just sitting around doing nothing, which i dont think is the will of their god. those beasts could have been killed in like two seconds as nuah showed us, so why were they such a big deal? why didnt the divine beasts do anything? they throw so much new info in the last fee chapters too. cupids exist? are they the opposite of demons? why are they only being mentioned in the second to last chapter? also, what the hell are the little babies?? if they are personified versions of the past nuah then why do they seem so young and not knowing what nuah knows. are they also divine beasts? are they little spirits gosh i just have sooo many questions. anyway back to the plot it was kind of good at first but after the memory wipe thing (which was literally half the story) it was just sooo boring. i wanted some angst and it was good a couple times but the rest just felt superficial and not engaging. its literally just rix falling in love with nuah again. i can tell that the writer really ran out of ideas and wanted that 200 ep paycheck, so they just drew papers from a hat. gosh.
