this is just so wonderful, this is such a melancholic and complex story. it's themes and commentary are dark and disturbing yet the illustrations are bursting with vibrant colours to contrast. the characters are astonishingly well written and fleshed out. even through the rough translations, the dialogue works so well. the story itself has so much depth and genuine thought put into it. i'm just as engrossed by the history and discourse of this world as i am with shin and wolfgangs relationship, which, is also nicely paced. the word i'd use to describe this comic as a whole is, impactful. its just so good ?? god its so good man.

This is pretty much my bisexual fantasy I want to be Melissa and have Yuri and Nine by my side SO bad I love them to bits. Such a satisfying and well written story subverting tropes I’ve hated for years, with a strong foundation of basic feminist principles and an incredibly witty and snarky lead who genuinely is a fleshed out character a genuinely unique female lead who cannot be reduced to stereotypes, MAN where has this manhwa been all my life. Every time Melissa speaks her damn truth I throw my fists in the air and cheer, so excited for what’s to come.
