5!!!!! Super cute wish it was longer and the side guy got with someone cause I think he is gay also! I also dont love how he tried to drug him in the beginning but the younger seme apologises and they ending up really getting together

4.5 just cause the story with the doctors involved them switching a lot and I didnt like it that much. The rest of the stories are really cute some are definatly intense but as long as they love each other its ok
