Chu Zhong Yi Nian JI
I can kinda see where the plot is going but the art work is very unique, more like water color paintings, so I'm interested to see where this is going
Gunjou no Subete
The feels. Plot-wise it wasn't anything too unique but it was slow-paced and beautiful it's own right. My heart ached and then I rejoiced. I would love an extra or something of them being a cute couple, maybe them telling their friends (who were great) about their new relationship.
Ikusen no Yoru
Childhood friends fall in love gradually, with a backdrop of several issues that add drama. One boy's father is horrible to him and hits him, the other boy want to protect him. But the boy with the shitty family just wants to not be a burden. So drama and heartbreak and feels!
Like That
Not exactly a unique story but super sweet! Seme has been in love with uke since they were kids, but then one day when they're adults he finally confesses without much hope for the future. Uke awkwardly sorts through what their relationship means and how to handle his best friend's revelation and they end up having sex. Seme thinks his love will always be one-sided, unknowing that uke is already falling in love with him. Then comes drama that almost ruins everything.
Hoshi Dake Ga Shitteru
Cute so far! College student is sad because of some recent bad luck in life and stumbles upon a guy looking at the stars so he joins him and finds himself sharing his troubles.
Paradise View
Sequel to Kimi to Parade, this follows the same couple. Things are going well until Seme brings his lover to meet his parents and he impulsively tells everyone about their relationship. It doesn't go over well and it makes him doubt himself and their relationship. Things are super rocky and emotional from that point onward and it seems like they're doomed to a breakup. Then just as they get back together, uke gets a big job offer overseas that he can't turn down. This legit made me cry, though it ends very nicely. So much drama and heart ache and tears. Ooof. DON'T READ THE 8.1 EXTRA, MORE TEARS.
Houkago no Fujun
Kinda sweet. A boy confesses to another boy in class and kisses him, quickly getting swept away in the moment. The other boy doesn't take him seriously at first but is completely thrown off by the kisses and caves helplessly against the other boy's persistence. The manga feels passionate but slice of life at the same time. I wish we could've seen the moment when the one boy realized he was in love with the glasses boy, though
Baby Diary
Udagawachou De Mattete Yo.
Gloomy loner-type sees a girl out and about and realizes that she's actually a guy in his class. Curious, to the point of obsession, he stares at him endlessly, wondering what to do/say. Finally, seeing the crossing dressing boy again outside, he tells him that he knows who he really is. Then begins to spiral of falling in love.
