Koe Shika Mienai
This manga is about two office workers, the main character was emotionally scarred because he had an affair with his boss who insulted this voice when they were having sex. The other man is a newcomer who, it turns out, has long admired the main character and loves his voice to the point of being sexually turned by it. The main character's voice gradually comes back the more confident he feels and the more they establish a real relationship. This is a sweet story that I really enjoy and I look forward to reading more of.
Wazato Janakute Mo Gomennasai
Poor Irie, always falling for straight guys vows never again only to fall for a clumsy, often misunderstood cafe worker who's desperate to make a friend. The cafe worker doesn't really understand his own feelings but he knows he doesn't want to lose contact with Irie, and Irie agrees to go out with him for only a month and if the straight guy isn't in love then they'll seperate. I feel SO bad for Irie in this, the poor cutie deserves love!
Weekend Lovers
Most of this manga is devoted to a younger man and older salaryman who get together for dates and sex and whatnot on the weekend. Pretty cute, though not much going on. Then there's a weird rapey chapter about 2 guys who work in a video store. Then there's a chapter about a good "delinquent" guy and a transfer student who reluctantly becomes his underling only to flip to lover the second he sees the delinquent's nipples lol Last, there's a story about a butler and a guy that's a maid, i guess, who's forced to wear the women's maid uniform. This was just ok for me, nothing I'd ever reread.
Namae mo Shiranai Machiawase
Surprised I liked this so much! I'm usually not into slutty characters. But the way the inner monologue flows is so interesting. And sexy of course. I really hope we get more chapters about them!
1/2 Cigarette
Pretty good. Salaryman walks in on his brother screwing his boss and his whole idea of what his boss is like is flipped on its head. He becomes more and more curious about his boss. I liked this a lot but I was going that there’d be some kind of resolution to why the boss was attracted to the brother in the first place, like that he liked the subordinate the whole time.
Sensei wa Butchozura Shite Yatte Kuru
Spinoff to Ookami Papa! Salaryman is in love with another salaryman who’s in a serious relationship already. The teacher of the little nephew that he takes to and from school notices and challenges the seriousness of his love.
Ore To Joushi No Kakushikoto
To my surprise I really liked this! A lot! Poor salaryman Mikado has a horrible boss named Misaki but then one day after a party he has to take a totally wasted Misaki home, but Misaki is so drunk hat he can’t tell Mikado where he lives and so they end up at a love hotel. Misaki and Mikado end up screwing and Mikado has a video to blackmail Misaki. Unfortunately, Misaki soon discovers that Mikado is a secret idol fanboy and they’re at a stalemate. Misaki starts inviting himself to Mikado’s apartment a lot and they become close, until one day an old love of Misaki’s transfers to their work and Misaki realizes that his pledge to never again fall in love is already broken. I REALLY hated Misaki at first, I would’ve quit that job a long time ago is I was Mikado, but he sweetened up as the story progressed and I ended up really liking this manga
Don't Cry Baby
Pretty good, though kind of ordinary. Medical supplies salaryman has to visit a vet often for business and gets harassed by the animals a lot. When having to change his clothes because of an animal he ends up admitting to the vet that he’s gay. The vet eventually ends up asking him out but the salaryman has been hurt in the past and tries to keep the vet at an arm’s length. I did like that the uke salaryman wasn’t drawn very femininely and was pretty strong-willed. I would’ve liked more softer emotions from both characters though.
