College boy is in an unhappy relationship with someone who wants to have sex with him but act like they're not in a relationship. He befriends his friendly neighbor and as they gradually grow closer he cuts off ties with his wishy washy sex friend. When the sex friend sees them getting close he tries to make a last ditch attempt to salvage their relationship but he realized his feelings too late. I liked the art style, the relationship was sweet and developed overtime. A+ in my book.

LOVE THE ART SO MUCH!!! Hot as hell ADULT men, so rare in BL! This is about a guy named Ethan who lives in a crappy neighborhood and sees a guy getting beat up outside. The next day he sees that same guy (Mike) in the laundry mat and starts chatting with him, though Mike's not the most friendly guy.
