Back in Time to You
So many feels! This made my heart ache. I really, really, REALLY hope that this ends happily. PLEASE!
Doushitemo Furetakunai
2 couples. The first couple is about a usually straight seme office manager who takes an interest in the new guy in his department, who's a solitary gloomy guy who he finds out is gay and quit his old job because he was in a secret relationship with a man there and ended up getting bullied and treated miserably. Their story is a little depressing because they're both broken people who are healing each other as they fall in love. The second couple is a sweeter story between the another guy who works in the same office, who started to fall for the gloomy guy, knowing that it was hopeless though, and his heartbreak makes his close friend summon up his courage and confess that he's been in an unrequited love with him for three years. I liked these stories a lot and might re-read this one sometime
Lovely Play
College age guy REALLY loves his dog, to the point of not caring about other people. Then the dog dies and suddenly there's a guy in his room that says he's the dog and knows things nobody else would. Then the guy who used to be a dog starts having sex with the college guy. I feel like this is supposed to be a touching story but is actually kinda weird. Art style is pretty nice, though. Just.... yeeeeeah, weird.
Hatsukoi No Atosaki
Hm, so I liked this as I like most realistic relationship stories but something feels incomplete about this. The gay friend even at the end that although he's back together with the ex that he never stopped long that he won't even feel at ease or trust him, which is kinda sad. And the "straight" guy is still hiding and denying their relationship.
Nichijousahan Bi - Beautiful Life
I liked this a lot but it felt like there was zero resolution. The slow development, the emotional growth and everything was nice. The seme is super hot, in a stoic, very masculine kind of way, which is nice. It ends with the poor, depressed, abused uke quitting his horrible bar job and going to live with the restaurant owner, single father seme. That's nice and all but it wasn't enough. I'd be more happy if there was at least a declaration of feelings and, optionally, a sex scene.
Ai no Jikken
Sad but sweet. A boy confessed to his childhood friend who starts to become more aware of him. The boy is abused by his crazy stepmom, which makes the story very emotional
