Nanami watches a particular surfer, named Shu, a lot while walking his dog. Gradually they become closer until Shu kisses Nanami and asks him out, but Nanami still hasn’t processed that there’s something more to his fascination for Shu. Nanami finally realizes his feelings when he’s afraid he’s just a substitute for Shu’s dead brother.
