Not exactly a unique story but super sweet! Seme has been in love with uke since they were kids, but then one day when they're adults he finally confesses without much hope for the future. Uke awkwardly sorts through what their relationship means and how to handle his best friend's revelation and they end up having sex. Seme thinks his love will always be one-sided, unknowing that uke is already falling in love with him. Then comes drama that almost ruins everything.

Welp, I'm intrigued.... Main character is approached by his best friend to massage his prostate, because he thinks for some reason that his penis will get smaller. The main character refuses and agrees to go with his friend to a sketchy place recommended by his doctor to teach prostate massage. ETA: Wonderful. Great art, great story
