omg OMG -reincarnation of the first mad emperor x reincarnation of his male lover who has retained his memories of his previous life -we learn the full story through flashbacks as the emperor/head eunich/mc's brother remember their past lives -100 yrs ago the first emperor fell for the architect son of the ok family, who he subjugated, and who was to design the imperial palace -mc was being coveted by his half-brother, who assaulted him and gave him trauma -the emperor and mc became close, but b/c of his trauma mc rebuked the emperor -after seeing that the older brother had given mc kiss marks, the emperor went mad -this began a life of the emperor being completely obsessed w/ mc and only showing it through abuse; he was a tyrant who killed a shitton of people and animals as lessons to mc for minor things, limited mc's ability to escape as much as possible (crippled him, got him addicted to drugs), and ultimately just wanted mc to love him back but obvi was failing [BUT more context: the emperor has a condition where he cannot feel pain, so he did not completely understand how he was affecting mc; and as he did each bad thing to mc and learned that it hurt him, he vowed to never do those things again

jin emperor yoong jinhwa x reincarnated country holy pontifax yeodam -yeodam originally saved a young child and then was sent to the jin empire as a pontifax (priest w/ holy power), where he fell in love w/ the emperor who proceeded to treat him cruelly for the next 10 yrs (sex anywhere, killing and maiming his loved ones, breaking his ankles) -also the jins are a powerful race that are bigger and stronger than humans, and can use elemental powers (i.e. jinhwa = fire, jinsu =water; the emperor could secretly use all of them) -yeodam eventually fell out of love w/ the emperor but, on the emperor's deathbed, sacrificed his own life for the emperor's -b/c he was holy he is favored by his goddess and, while she doesn't grant his initial wish of disappearing forever, she allows him to return to the past to live a better life with his current developed holy powers [turns out she was also "threatened" by yoong jinhwa into this decision lol] -yeodam returns to the past where he once again meets the child -he knows that saving the child was what got him taken to the palace in the first place so he decides not to do it, but his kind nature takes over and he saves him w/o holy powers -the child, jinha, asks yeodam what he thinks about the emperor and yeodam is fearful and hates him -jinha visits occasionally over the next 3 yrs and then all the time for another 3 yrs (jinha has a "condition" where he continues to look like a child; he grows closer w/ and more possessive over yeodam) -once yeodam tries to get him a flower b/c he's jealous, but falls from the tree and injures himself, which terrifies jinha -eventually jinha's magic has a hiccup and his true form is revealed, except yeodam rly does hate the emperor so he has an extremely bad rxn and tries to stab himself until the emperor leaves -this scares and upsets the emperor, who in this timeline hasn't done anything to yeodam -emperor goes on a rampage and his captains decide that yeodam needs to come to the palace -yeodam does, and though he is scared he makes a deal w/ the emperor that he will sire his child (via the jaeha fruit, which allows a human to give birth to a jin egg but requires 3 meticulous days of copulation) -the emperor, as jinha, has learned much more about human pain and fragility in this timeline, as well as expressing his own feelings, so he vows to treat yeodam w/ care and not force him -things progress and yeodam learns that the emperor is not the same man; though he is still scared of his memories of him, he comes to realize that this emperor has not committed those acts and allows himself to fall in love again -shit goes down w/ an attempted assassination on the emperor and as the emperor attempts to give his life for yeodam's, he is visited by the goddess who blesses him w/ his previous memories -the emperor and yeodam rescue yeodam's dad and officially declare their love, and make a jin contract of partnership -yeodam has their son, who hatches into a little jinhwa and immediately fights w/ the emperor over yeodam -happy end

-isekai -bina transmigrates from korea to another world and is picked up by a duke -turns out she was raised by him to be sent to the palace in place of the duke's bio daughter -she's met w/ the emperor, who's gross and a perv, and on her connsumation night the emperor is murdered by an assassin who is obviously the prince lol -he makes a deal w/ her to keep it a secret and to become his queen to thwart the empress' schemes -a toooon of shit happens, but basically they fall in love and bina decides to stay in the new world and they outwit the empress

-emperor jiskar x slave ray -ray is the reincarnation of the previous emperor of another nation who was betrayed by the kid he saved and raised (got poisoned and reborn as ray) -ray was given to the emperor, but since ray has all his old memories he reacted wildly and the emperor became intetested in him (also b/c he looks just like his past self, who the emperor was also intetested in) -jiskar brings ray to his palace and he becomes jiskar's favorite concubine -jiskar openly favors him partially d/t falling for him and partially to cut off the empress' family's power by showing that she and their son have fallen out of favor w/ him -it's a big political battle w/ ray in the middle, and the kid totally hates ray but is also 15 and immature and wants to be liked by his dad but his dad rly cannot let him succeed the throne for political reasons (and b/c he's not fit to be a ruler) -the knight christian seems to be developing a protective urge(?) for ray (and possibly remembers having met his past life), and the other knight is also growing closer to ray -ray is allowed to learn swordsmanship but not magic (buuut if ray gets access to a stone he'll be able to regain all his power from his past life) -political drama, w/ warring factions and power wars -they're on an annual hunt rn and the kid just got taken by an orc; jiskar was gonna let him die (b/c that's ultimately what needs to happen) but ray spoke w/ him and now jiskar's decided yo save the boy

court magician x 13th prince -the court magician cares for the prince when he's younger by making him an anti-poison artifact -the young prince keeps having assassination attempts on him

-leslie was born to be a sacrifice for her sister ellie to gain the family's powers over darkness and is abused her whole life -her folks eventually try to sacrifice her to the fire but the souls of previously sacrificed children help her escape -she realizes that this has happened to many of the previous children and knows she has to leave; the incident also awakened her own dark powers -she goes to the "monster" duchess salvatore and asks to be adopted, knowing that they are super powerful and that the duchess was looking to adopt a daughter -the salvatores are a family with physical stature and abilities that exceed other humans and are the protectors of the empire, right under the imperial family -the duchess hears leslie out and the salvatores realize she's being abused; the duchess agrees to adopt her -after leslie's dad tries to sacrifice her again, the salvatores keep her for good -she gets the all-powerful badass duchess, the huge intimidating but super sweet (to her) dad, a tall older brother who is a knight and is strict and cold (but is a super softy w/ his sister ofc), and another brother who is a magician and a genius -a super super cute family story where leslie gets to grow up with a protective loving family and fall in love with conrad, a holy knight -her abusive bio dad, mom, and sister all get what's coming after repeatedly showing their greed and trying to use leslie -also there's a huge political drama where the empress dowager medea is actually the bio mom of the crown prince and plots to overthrow the empire by releasing the nightmare plague that the temple keeps sealed; she has crazy connections everywhere and it's a real fight to thwart her
