tall handsome tattoo artist neighbor x tired video game designer neighbor -mc thinks ml is the reason he can't sleep at night (sex noises) and resents him -ml mistakes mc for a porch pirate and confronts him (wrongly) - they work it out and realize the loud person is their upstairs neighbor; the confront him -ml comes on to mc and they have sex, but it wears mc out and mc isn't looking for companionship -it's suuper sweet/ angst for a bit as ml pines over mc and then mc pines for ml -they end up talking it out and getting together! -ml takes out the neighbor who was stalking mc
