damaged extremely sexually active lord seungho x common painter namkyung hoooo boy. seungho is a son of a questionable(?) lord and he contracted a "sickness" when he was young so his father sequestered him to a different estate (implied that dad found out he's gay so he sent him away) (also implied something happened during this time that caused him to now be emotionally unstable and have insomnia). he engaged in crazy debauchery every day w/ other noblemen but was captivated by namkyung's erotic art to the point that he needed it. he sought out namkyung and forced him to paint pics of his sexytimes, but eventually this evolved into seungho being more attracted to namkyung than anything else. at the same time namkyung has been secretly in love with his teacher who is v against his gay art. seungho uses this to get closer to namkyung by furthering his gov position, but ultimately gets jealous of namkyung's attn to him. also the teacher is a huge user jerk. seungho's childhood friend is v jealous that seungho is falling in love w/ namkyung and contracts to have namkyung killed, but doesn't go through w/ it. seungho's other friend, however, is nuts and wants to kidnap/kill namkyung so he can "try him himself" and get at seungho(?). this dumb also got them to realize their feelings for each other in a roundabout way lol. but he causes waaaay too much trouble. at the end of s2 he's re-contracted the killer (a total daddy btw) and namkyung has ptsd from the incident. also seungho has realized his feelings and is treating namkyung sweetly
